Maloja’s 750ml sports bottle with the look and feel of an ordinary bottle, but is recyclable and even biodegradable – a Bio-Bottle. Light, heat and moisture do not affect the quality of the sports bottle, it is food-safe and robust.
The sports bottle is made of polyethylene with the addition of a special material that changes the molecular structure of the plastic. The decomposition products are biogas and biomass. The biodegradation process starts in a microbiological environment (compost heap, landfill), the sports bottle does not start to fall apart “just like that”.
